How often do you add stock?
I aim to do at least one re stock a month. There is no set date or schedule, items and quantities will be added depending on how many I have made that month. I will always announce on my Instagram when the re stocks will be, so turning on notifications is advised (the little bell in the top right corner if you go onto my profile). You can also sign up to my newsletter to be the first to receive reminders of when the launches will take place.
Can I pre order?
Unfortunately pre orders are not available at this time.
Do you offer custom designs?
Custom designs are my absolute favourite thing to do. I am still hoping to release a few slots in the near future so please keep your eyes peeled for those. As always I will give plenty of notice through my social media channels and newsletters.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
The current turnaround time from processing to delivery is 3-4 weeks.
Although I do aim to have them out to you much sooner than that, this time frame will account for any potential delays that may occur.
Do you offer different postage rates?
At this time I am only offering tracked and signed for postage options. Due to the ongoing situation deliveries may be delayed, this is the only way to avoid any concern about the whereabouts of your order should a delay occur once its out of my hands.
If I add an item to my cart will it be reserved while I continue browsing?
Unfortunately not, any items added to your cart will not be reserved. It will be the first to check out to secure an order. We advise that once you have an item in your cart you proceed straight to the checkout to guarantee your order.
